Gangs of London team reveals ‘intent’ for second series of gritty Sky crime drama
GANGS of London could very well be coming back for a second season, according to the drama's team.
When asked if there would be a second season, director Gareth Evans was reluctant to reveal too much about any upcoming seasons, but did reveal to The Sun Online there was potential for more stories to be made from the series."I think everyone's waiting to see what the reaction is to this first season. Naturally, there are certain story threads that are hanging in the air a little bit by the end of the first one.
He told The Sun Online: "It really depends on viewing figures. We've already been out a couple of weeks so far and we haven't released internationally yet.Sope, 29, says there's 'intent' for the show to come back for a second season"So it really depends on how well it's received when all is said and done.A Sky spokesperson told The Sun Online that there was "no update yet" on season two of Gangs of London.
