Alejandro Garnacho helped Manchester United beat Fulham and start the Premier League campaign with a 1-0 victory for the second straight season
Alejandro Garnacho has been pictured working hard in the gym after helping Manchester United to a 1-0 opening day victory over Fulham at Old Trafford.
Marcus Rashford ran through on goal and unselfishly squared the ball across to Garnacho, who only needed to stoke the ball into an empty net, but instead he dreadfully dragged his effort wide. Garnacho cut a frustrated figure after the final whistle and didn't look pleased despite the result, with Ruud van Nistelrooy showing a touch of class and embracing the Argentine.
Garnacho reposted an Instagram story that showed him performing a lunge alongside some weights. He is now starting to display signs that he is determined to get fitter and stronger as he bids to improve on an impressive 2023/24 campaign, which ended with him scoring in the FA Cup final against Manchester City. He scored 10 goals and added five assists in 50 appearances across all competitions last season.
