Leeds United's Georginio Rutter has been shortlisted for the Professional Footballers' Association Championship Player of the Year award, alongside former team-mate Crysencio Summerville .
He and Summerville, who joined West Ham United in a £25m deal last weekend, have been nominated alongside former Leicester City midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, now at Chelsea, Ipswich's Leif Davis, Adam Armstrong of Southampton and Blackburn's Sammie Szmodics.READ MORE: 'He tries to be angry' - Leeds United's unplayable young horse driving Farke crazy
Davis set up 18 goals as Ipswich secured the second automatic promotion spot, while Armstrong netted the only goal in the play-off final for Southampton against Leeds. The 27-year-old struck 24 league and play-off goals for Saints last season, a tally which left him second only to Szmodics in the Championship scoring charts. He hit 27 for Rovers last term and made his international debut for the Republic of Ireland in March.
