Little girl rushed to hospital after being washed down 100ft waterfall
A SIX-YEAR-OLD girl was washed down a 100ft waterfall at a Welsh beauty spot after losing her footing and slipping into the water.
A spokeswoman from the Welsh Ambulance Service said they were called to an incident at Ceunant Mawr waterfall at 4.03pm on Sunday.“A six-year-old girl was taken to Bangor's Ysbyty Gwynedd."A bystander jumped into the pool beneath and dragged her out before emergency services arrived. A spokesman said: "They saw that a child had slipped and fallen into the pools above the main waterfall.He said the person who had been at the waterfall with the girl before the fall tried to reach her, but she was washed over into the pool below.
