Private entities may also request MIDs for uses such as private schools and hospitals.” Ashgrove 90-year-old Alan Taylor, a former pupil and retired accountant, said the council would “just not allow houses to be knocked down in Ashgrove”.
A council spokeswoman said there was no development application with council and the proposed ministerial designation removed any application from the City Plan.
