Glasgow's Quayside Care Home celebrated Care Home Open Week with a Dance-a-Thon event.

This social care facility in the city's Yoker is part of HC-One, and from June 24 to 30, it welcomed visitors from the community as part of the national event.

It gives them a chance to demonstrate their various services, offer tours of their facilities and highlight the activities available for residents. On June 28, Quayside Care Home presented a spread of entertainment and refreshments, enjoyed by everyone. Deepening the theme, residents and staff dressed in era-appropriate attire, complete with feather boas, glasses and hats, and indulged in prosecco while enjoying a delicious garden banquet.For the occasion, the care home was thoughtfully decorated, creating many opportunities for everyone to come together and learn more about life at home.
