But, his not guilty plea was accepted and he instead admitted having a machete in a public place. He was today jailed for two years. "It is captured on mobile phone footage with one of the three filming themselves and posting it on Snapchat verbally abusing Foy after the assault.Foy was in the area that night with others. He was said to have had a "large bladed weapon" on him.

There was then a fight in full view of nearby flats which saw Foy being struck with machetes, knives and the bat by Logan, Carnwath as well as the other male.Carnwarth was described as making a "chopping" motion at Foy's legs
