A woman was left with a serious facial injury after being assaulted by a young girl who accused her of stealing cups belonging to her after a Paolo Nutini gig.
While picking up leftover cups, she was approached by a girl believed to be around 20-years-old and accused of taking cups from the floor that belonged to her.The woman's husband told Glasgow Live: "My wife was approached by her assailant who accused her of taking her cups which were hers, despite them being on the floor.
"She was tended to by her friend and a lot of people came over to ask if she was okay and stated they had seen what happened." The couple attended a minor injuries unit the following day where they were told that the cheekbone could possibly be fractured.
