The walk begins at the WEST On The Green beerhall and beer garden, situated on Binnie Place overlooking Glasgow Green. From here, it outlines the iconic park, allowing you to take in its gorgeous green views, before returning with the River Clyde on your left.
As well as the tranquil green views, its highlights include the Bailie James Martin Memorial. This is a cast iron monument erected in 1894 to honour local councillor Bailie James Martin, who died in 1892. After you have completed the loop, you can enjoy a well-earned drink or meal WEST On The Green, which offers a German-inspired menu of fresh Scottish produce.
