Ameer Hamid, who plays for Kelvinside Cricket Club, has said he hopes to one day represent his country after an impressive season that saw him become the highest wicket-taker at the club.
A record-breaking Glasgow schoolboy has set his eyes on playing for Scotland after taking the cricketing world by storm.
Even more impressive is the fact that Ameer, who is only 12-years-old, is playing in the adult league. The schoolboy currently plays for the club's second team which thanks to his efforts finished the league in third.
