Devine outlines 'bottom line' ambition as he rules out 'reckless' approach
Declan Devine insists European football should be a minimum requirement for Glentoran this season - but insists he won't be a "reckless spender" to make the club successful.
“I was disappointed with the levels of desire to win games and intensity towards the end of last season. You need that to win trophies and matches. He said: “Derry City and Bohemians fans are the same, there is huge expectations at those institutions. The fans were brilliant with us against Crusaders and they understand when players are giving everything.
He added: “Any manager will tell you it’s a really tough time because not only do you need the right personnel, your morals of what you are about come into play.
