Guidance maintained as mining rates recover after rain-soaked start
Gold Road Resources has maintained its full year guidance of 145,000-152,500 attributable ounces of gold from its 50%-owned Gruyere gold mine in Western Australia after a vastly improved September quarter compared with the rain-soaked start to the year.
With more open pit ore heading into the mill, stockpiles are being replenished, offering a bulwark against further flooding.Gruyere's gross FY24 guidance remains 290,000-305,000oz at AISC of $2050-2200/oz."We are projecting a strong finish to 2024," Gibbs said."The key to producing more ounces is mining more ounces, and that is what we are now doing.
