The latest Nottingham Forest transfer news as the defender looks set to become the fourth new arrival of the summer transfer window
Gonzalo Montiel has reportedly a step closer to completing a transfer to Nottingham Forest, with the full-back said to have completed his medical with the club.
“Gonzalo Montiel to Nottingham Forest, here we go — deal confirmed,” he wrote. “Medical has been completed. “Loan deal with €11m buy clause being sealed with Sevilla right now.” It had earlier been reported that the clause in the loan deal could become mandatory if certain conditions are met. Should a deal be completed then Gonzalo would become the fourth new signing of the summer transfer window. Ola Aina, Anthony Elanga and Matt Turner have all completed moves to the City Ground so far.
