Here's all the feel-good stuff that's happened today
- the brainchild of a company called Critizr, which originally created a customer feedback platform - has had over 11,000 comments from people all across the country to say thank you. Every message is tagged with the shop's location, so managers and staff are able to see and share their customers' grateful feedback. Now if that's not the kind of morale boost people need right now, I don't know what is.a little different.
