A father of three, who single-handedly waged war against his neighbours, has avoided jail time after a judge stated that his unruly behaviour was 'reduced' due to his undiagnosed ADHD. Office cleaner Scott Chamberlain, 49, falsely accused one man of being a paedophile, made homophobic remarks towards another, and labelled a third as a 'grass boy' when the latter reported one of Chamberlain's children to the police for causing trouble.
