She claims he did not attend July sessions to travel to his native France and that he wants to cancel sessions in August due to his brother visiting. His lawyer added that Maceo faced 'no immediate harm' and alleged Berry decided to file the request when she 'knew' Martinez would be traveling - and that Berry's request did not qualify for an emergency order.In May it emerged the former couple would use the help of an adult and child psychiatrist in a bid to resolve their issues, as per court documents obtained by Us Weekly.
The pair were set to attend one solo session, before going to at least six sessions together by June 14. Halle and Olivier had 'some unresolved issues on custody and child support' over their son, which led to the case being held up in court, according to TMZ.The Oscar-winning star now has 'joint legal and physical custody of Maceo,' the site claimed.
She will also write a check for an additional 4.3 percent of all income she receives above $2 million, the site added.Halle must also cover Maceo's private school tuition and all of his other activities, like his soccer expenses.The beauty will also pay for any therapy her son has.
