Robert Watson's side maintained their 100 per cent record in the division
Hamilton Accies Women boss Robert Watson felt his side delivered a statement win and performance’ by beating Boroughmuir Thistle on Sunday.
Watson said: “We asked the players to get a statement win and I think we’ve not only done that, but got a statement performance as well. Scorer Townsley added: “I thought we played well. It was a really good performance. I’m really happy to get the three points. I think towards the end of the game we really had to fight together as a team and that showed the character we have in this team.”
