The outlet also said that the words Page Six got might be from "someone connected to the Sussexes, expressing a personal opinion, who was not officially authorised to speak on their behalf".The edited photo, which she posted to celebrate Mother's Day and thank everyone for their support during her recovery from abdominal surgery, has been a hot topic on social media.
