THE ‘Elf on the Shelf’ trend hasn’t just swept households up and down the country – it’s also made its way into schools.
And one headteacher has scored serious brownie points with her students after taking it a step further.Her displays got more and more elaboratefrom the school in America, she’s taken it upon herself to dress up as an Elf every morning and place herself in a surprise location. On the first day, the Principal was seen sitting on a table at the front of the school, surrounded by festive ornaments.
The next saw her stuck to the hallway wall with colourful tape, as the entertained children looked on and laughed. Meanwhile, on the third day, she was spotted in the school’s reception in a frozen tableaux as she appeared to be wrapping up another member of staff with Christmas paper.
