The second suspect in a Texas girl's murder was in court Tuesday for his bond hearing.
Jocelyn Nungaray was found dead in a creek off West Rankin Road near the North Freeway. Investigators say she was raped and strangled. Houston Police released surveillance photos showing Jocelyn's last moments alive.
The two Venezuelan migrants are accused of the "horrific" crime. Nungaray's body was found in a Houston-area creek last week. According to Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg, Nungaray's "last moments were unspeakable as she was assaulted for multiple hours." Alexis, Nungaray's mother, told reporters on Monday she will continue to seek justice for her daughter.
