Dan Baldwin, has set up HB Talent Agency, according to papers filed to Companies House.
The TV big wig, who shares three children with This Morning star, Holly, will look after showbiz stars in his new venture.
Aside from kids' telly, Dan has created shows for big names like Alan Carr, Michael McIntyre and Bradley Walsh, the Mirror reports. A source said: “Dan is one of the most powerful men in TV - and obviously his wife is one of the most influential women. This move makes a lot of sense.”
