It's common for Amazon shoppers to use several methods for free returns.
If they received an item they didn’t like and they wanted to return it, they’d often have to pay to ship it back to the seller.and brings the package to the retailer. The retailer scans a code, takes the package and usually, consumers see their refund in short order.
“I use Amazon constantly,” the Morris County woman said, noting she always returns items to her local Whole Foods. “This is the first time I’ve had a problem with a return.” On May 21, which was the sixth business day, there was still no refund. She started a chat with Amazon again. “We’ve reached out to the customer to apologize for the inconvenience and are resolving it directly with her,” spokesperson Taylor Whitehurst said.
