As a teen in school – at a time when most of my peers hoped to go to bed ever later – I was obsessed with getting enough sleep. I have fond memories of spending my break times hunting for empty classrooms where I could steal a few minutes to snooze. For a brief time, I even mastered the elusive skill of sleeping while standing up.a few hours later, just to recharge my batteries.
