I tried the Myrkl hangover supplement for my work Christmas party, but does it work?
I tested a hangover supplement for my work Christmas party – but did it keep the sickness at bay? Ever since I was at university, I’ve had terrible hangovers. Maybe it was the stomach ulcer I got after a particularly savage night on the pints, but since the age of around 19, I’ve just not been able to hack it. Think: nausea and vomiting that lasts all day, blinding headaches, the works. The annoying part is, though, that I love drinking and enjoy the social aspect that comes with it .
The pills come in both on-the-go sachets with one two-pill dose and larger packs of 15 doses. I’m a big fan of the on-the-go sachets as you can just pop them in your bag should a drinking situation emerge . So, I had to put the Myrkl tabs to the test With my work Christmas party on the horizon, I knew that this would be the perfect time to give them a try. I popped two pills two hours before heading out to drink and hoped for the best.
