'I don't need this upheaval before Christmas'
A grandmother says she has been forced to move out of her home for the third time in 12 months amid ongoing problems with damp and mould.
Although repairs were carried out on her home last year, Aileen claims her bathroom was left untouched. A year on, she says there is black mould 'creeping up the walls'. In September, Aileen says a gas engineer uncovered a leak underneath her bath. She said she reported the issued to ForHousing, which sent out a plumber and a joiner to assess the problem.
Now Aileen has been told she, her daughter and granddaughter will need to move into a hotel for eight days while repairs are carried out.
