A much-loved pub for sale

An iconic pub in Northampton has been placed on the market for an aspiring landlord or landlady. Leisure property specialists, Fleurets, say they "are pleased to bring to market" The Princess Alexandra.

The much-loved pub sits on the Eastern fringe of Northampton town centre in a predominately residential area. However, it is still within walking distance of the busy and eclectic Wellingborough Road.When the current owners purchased the property back in 2013 it was a rundown old-fashioned pub. Since then, they have worked to convert it into "one of the most stylish bars in town".
