People are expected to travel to the event from all over the country.
POLICE are warning that there could be major congestion at Irvine beach park this weekend – and say that they’ll be using drones to monitor the gathering.Cruise Irvine is due to take place at 7.30pm – with car lovers from across the country expected to flock to the North Ayrshire coast for the event.
“There will be a visible police presence at the event and in the surrounding area. Local officers will be supported by specialist units such as Police Scotland’s air support unit, who will be present with drones to assist in the safety of all involved.
