You could purchase your very own indoor climbing centre as it's gone on sale in Blackpool
The opportunity has come onto the market in Blackpool's Whitehill's Business Park to the south of the town. The 'Clip 'n' Climb' centre was opened in 2017 and is currently fully-fitted and a fully-equipped indoor climbing centre, perfect for children's parties and days out.
Inside the centre, there is a café and 23 individual climbing wall challenges of varying difficulties, as well as slides and games for children to enjoy. Most interestingly, the business features a 'death slide' and 'stairway to heaven' as part of the fun equipment in the play area.At approximately 2,500sqft on the ground floor and 850sqft on the mezzanine, the indoor centre is perfect for someone looking for a well-established business venture to take over.
On the ground floor, there is a reception office to the back as well as a briefing area and toilets. On this floor, there's also a party room - perfect for birthdays and special events to celebrate in style. On the first floor is the mezzanine with a café and viewing gallery, which includes a fully-fitted counter servery and coffee machine. Parking is available for 12 cars, outside the centre.
The business has been put up for sale due to the current owners relocating overseas. It is open seven days a week, as well during the school holidays and at weekends. The business is being sold on a leasehold basis, at a cost of £275k at a rent of £27,600 per annum. The new owner can also feel safe in the knowledge that a good turnover will be acquired, with a scope to develop the business too.
