Absolute Body Solutions helped one woman lose seven stone after training with them
A brand new gym officially opened in Leeds on Monday.
Chain gym company, Absolute Body Solutions, has opened in East Parade. The raved-about gym first opened branches in Manchester before later branching out to Liverpool. After receiving five-star reviews the company has been able to expand to Yorkshire. The fitness company has become well known for helping people with life-changing weight loss. One woman lost seven stone after training with them.Before her weight loss journey began, Gemma was a size 26 and weighed almost 19 stone. She wanted to make a change in her life after she had to ask for a seatbelt extension when she went on holiday to fit in the aeroplane seats.
She said joining the gym was the"best decision she ever made". After the Leeds branch opened its doors on January 9, Head of Marketing for Absolute Body Solutions, Tom Moylan, said:"What a day it has been and what a journey to this point. After weeks of hard work, today we finally opened our new gym in Leeds city centre.
