It's no secret that renting across Greater Manchester costs an arm and a leg these days, but nothing compares to the price you'll pay at the top end of the market. For the region's rich and famous who are looking for a short-term home rather than somewhere to put down roots, there are some amazing rental properties up for grabs - but they come with some rather hefty price tags.

Those interested will need to put down a £32,000 deposit to secure this rental - which is available from September 10.This stunning period property is available to rent for £15,000 per month, making it one of the most costly homes in the region. The three-bed townhouse sits in a prime central location in Deansgate and has come on the market for the first time.
Amongst the beautiful homes in the affluent Hale village is this five-bed mansion available to rent for a mere £14,000 per month. The three-storey home is nothing short of lavish with a stylish interior and luxury amenities spread across more than 5,500 square foot.
