I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! fans have called out Dean McCullough for lying to the show's hosts.
Despite her ordeal, Coleen remained steely and focused. Dean on the other hand shrieked hysterically as he was doused with more fish guts and sludge liquids while searching for tools, the Mirror reports. In reality, Dean has shouted "I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here" to excuse himself from two trials, proving himself to be quite the quitter.
