The world's longest running entertainment show will return to screens tonight
Excitement is building as the Royal Variety returns to our screens tonight. The world's longest running entertainment evening will be broadcast on ITV on Sunday after another star-studded bash at the Royal Albert Hall. Exceptional performers from the world' of theatre , music and comedy will unite to raise funds for The King's Royal Variety Charity. Alan Carr hosted this year's event alongside his close friend, Amanda Holden .
To be able to host this magical evening with my best friend and TV wife Amanda Holden is the icing on the cake for me. If I have half as much fun as I did three years ago, well, we are all in for a real treat.' This year's show will see King Charles attend for the first time as patron of the Royal Variety Charity alongside Queen Camilla.
