The Saudi side - regarded as the noisy neighbours to Steven Gerrard's Al-Ettifaq – are aiming to turn head upon their promotion to the Saudi Pro League. And now former United standout Courts – out of work since a stint in Hungary with Honved – is heading to the middle east to link up with Bisgrove. The former Rangers chief watched United cause Rangers real issues during the 21/22 season and now the pair will link-up at a side viewed by many insiders as the most ambitious after the captures of Real Madrid captain Nacho and current Belgium No.1 Koen Casteels.
And Saudi Arabia football expert Ben Jacobs believes He said: "The club to look out for is Al-Qadsiah, who are right next to Steven Gerrard's Al-Ettifaq. They are owned by Saudi Aramco, they basically play on an athletics track in front of a few hundred people. You are going to see a transformation. These are the teams outside the big four because the World Cup are going to move very fast.
"The ambition is going to be sky high. Al Qadsiah – in the next five to seven years – are going to build the stadium which will host World Cup matches in that part of the world. Slowly but surely, not in one season but three to five, they will become a big player."
