James Martin, the star of ITV's Saturday Morning show, has revealed his secret to losing three stone - eating fish twice a day.
James Martin has shared his secret to shedding three stone - eating fish twice a day. The 51 year old chef attributes his weight loss to a significant change in his diet and a crucial lifestyle adjustment.
She said: "Most fish are high in protein but contain fewer calories than other protein sources, like poultry or beef. Protein-rich foods can help increase satiety and prevent overeating at or between meals. Moreover, many fish are also loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, an essential nutrient that promotes heart and brain health.
Instead of fizzy drinks, James now drinks 2.5 litres of water each day. He revealed that during his first week on the BBC dance show, he lost a stone. Talking about his diet, James mentioned: "It's hard work because I'm a big bloke so I've really got to watch what I eat and drink, and make sure I exercise regularly."
