Everton manager Sean Dyche shared an update on a number of injuries after the 1-1 draw with Roma
Jarrad Branthwaite is expected to miss the opening game of Everton ’s Premier League campaign. The centre back watched the Blues’ final pre-season friendly against Roma from the stands as he continues to recover from a minor groin operation.
” Michael Keane, who sat next to Branthwaite at Goodison on Saturday evening, is due to return to training from a minor issue early next week and Dyche believes he will be available to face Brighton, explaining: “It was too much of a risk today but we’re hoping he can train from Monday onwards or certainly Tuesday onwards so that’s a positive. We’re looking to get all these guys fit as quickly as we can.
