BREAKING: Jayme Closs kidnapper Jake Patterson admits abducting teen and killing her parents
‘I want Jayme and her relatives to know that. Don’t want them to worry about a trial.’
On the back of the note, Patterson wrote ‘I’m Sorry Jayme!’ For everything. I know it doesn’t mean much.’and reiterated that he would plead guilty and said he ‘loved’ Jayme. He also attempted to paint himself as a caring captor by claiming he’d played games with Jayme and cooked her homemade meals. Afterwards, he dragged Jayme out to his car and took her, sparking a massive search that lasted for months. The teen finally escaped Patterson’s cabin on January 10 and was found by a woman walking a dog who took her to a neighbor’s house to call police.She told police that Patterson forced her to hide under his bed when he had people over, threatening to hurt of if anyone found out she was there.
