US President Joe Biden was “laying down the marker” during his State of the Union address that he would be running for a second term, University of Sydney Political Scientist Professor Simon Jackson says.
“He tried to express himself as above politics, the unifier in chief, really trying to
accentuate those areas where there were common agreement,” Mr Jackman told Sky News Australia.
