'Secret Beatle' Joe Flannery who kick started the band has died
THE Beatles' booking manager Joe Flannery, also known as "Secret Beatle", has passed away aged 87.
Flannery, who helped to kickstart the band, died at his home in Aigburth yesterday, his nephew Norman Meek confirmed.“Fans from all over the world would call at his home and he was always happy to speak with them.Flannery was the band’s booking manager from 1962-63.
