is now live, and we've explained how you can support our players and streamers, or even get involved yourself.Extra Life gives gamers the opportunity to raise money for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Children's Miracle Network Hospitals is a non-profit organisation that raises funds for sick and injured children throughout the US and Canada.
To help support Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, each year, gamers from across the world raise money for the charity by taking part in a 24-hour gaming marathon and streaming their efforts. This year, game day is set for. While a 24-hour gaming marathon does sound pretty intense, don't worry; participants can choose their own start time, how long they want to play for, and what they want to play.
Extra Life has raised over $100 million since its inception in 2008. During Extra Life 2021, the TrueAchievements team was able to raise $14,154 — once the team surpasses $10,328 this year, it will have raised $50,000 since 2019!
