Julian is a Horror Features Author for Collider, specializing in the movies that give you nightmares. With a deep and thorough understanding of film and television history, he is able to provide in depth and original analysis of horror media from both a stylistic and thematic standpoint.
He splits his time between his hometown of Fanwood, New Jersey, and Ithaca, New York, where he studies Screenwriting and Film at the Park School of Communications. As a screenwriter, looking at even the worst movies with a sense of compassion is incredibly important to him.
When not writing articles for Collider, he is probably working on his next short film or feature screenplay. He loves a good campfire story, long drives to nowhere, and playing guitar when not writing.
