Labor MP Peter Khalil took aim at shadow minister for home affairs Karen Andrews after she claimed the Albanese government was not being"proactive" enough. "It was just incredulous. This is the person who was the minister for home affairs in the Morrison government," he said in response to Ms Andrews' remarks."The issues and concerns have been around since the very beginning when it was launched and her government did absolutely nothing and now they're all over the media saying, 'oh you're not going fast enough'.

Mr Hunter said Ms Andrews' claims of TikTok accessing personal data such as facial and voice information is false.
