Liam Payne 's family are steadfast in their quest for 'justice to be done' following the charge of five individuals in connection with his death this Monday. An Argentine judge indicated that two hotel workers sold cocaine to the One Direction singer, whilst his friend, a waiter, and the hotel manager were accused of negligence for leaving him alone and in a susceptible state. All five faced charges yesterday after the judge declared the incident 'foreseeable'.

Last night, an associate of Liam's family relayed to The Sun: 'It's been a very difficult Christmas for them but they now just want justice for their son.' They added, 'Finally, after a horrific couple of months, there is a feeling like this could be possible.' Payne tragically passed away at the age of 31 in October, following a fall from the third-floor balcony of the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires. The manager of the hotel, a receptionist, and a friend of Payne have been charged with manslaughter, according to a statement released on Monday by Argentina's National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor's Office. The individuals involved are believed to be Gilda Martin, the hotel manager, Esteban Grassi, the receptionist, and Roger Nores, a friend of Payne, reports the Mirror. Two other individuals, Ezequiel Pereyra, a hotel employee, and Braian Paiz, a waiter, face charges for supplying cocaine. An investigation was initiated shortly after Payne's death on October 16. Prosecutors have held Nores 'criminally responsible' for Payne's death, alleging that he neglected his duty of care towards Payne. They argue that Nores 'abandoned' Payne, fully aware of his inability to care for himself due to his previous addictions to alcohol and cocaine, and knowing the state of intoxication, vulnerability, and helplessness he was i
