Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease an 18cm square cake tin and line with baking parchment.
2. Place the butter and chocolate in a heat proof bowl and set over a saucepan with gently simmering water until melted. Do not let the bowl touch the water.4. Add the eggs, one at a time and stir until well combined.6. Finally, stir in the pieces of white chocolate and pour into the prepared baking tin.
