KATE Ferdinand has revealed how she keeps her tiny waist – and it’s not good news for anyone who enjoys a packed lunch.Kate has banned sandwiches“One thing I rarely eat is sandwiches … I never feel like there's any goodness in them,” she writes.
“The only ones I do have sometimes are the Christmas sandwiches with turkey, stuffing and cranberry.
