She has suffered with sickness
Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, took part in the historical Trooping the Colour event on Saturday, June 17, to mark King Charles's 74th birthday. The senior royal has travelled in the traditional carriage procession to travel from Buckingham Palace to Horse Guards Parade as part of the monarch's annual birthday celebrations since joining the royal family when she tied the knot with Prince William.
Reports revealed that it was in fact the carriage ride that left Kate feeling somewhat sick due to the swaying motion. The late Queen Elizabeth was also said to suffer from motion sickness, too, despite sailing in the Royal Yacht Britannia for 43 years, and had kindly recommended the pills she relied on to Kate.A royal source said at the time: "The truth is the Duchess of Cambridge gets very seasick and doesn’t enjoy the rocking motion of carriages.
Kate was alongside her kids Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. The three children made their debuts in the carriages last year when Trooping kicked off the late Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
