Kate Wright has lifted the lid on her incredible fitness and health secrets, revealing she limits herself to one sandwich a year.
Revealing she hides treats in an unreachable cupboard, Kate revealed she stops herself from overindulging by throwing leftovers in the bin and avoiding sweet treats.“I never feel like there's any goodness in them. The only ones I do have sometimes are the Christmas sandwiches with turkey, stuffing and cranberry. I may have one, once a year as a festive treat, but that's my lot.”
“Now if the kids leave food on their plates, I'll put anything salvageable straight in the fridge then I'll throw the rest away immediately so I'm not tempted to pick.” She explained: “There are often naughty snacks in the house for the kids but I keep them in a high cupboard out of reach of both the kids and me...
For breakfast Kate revealed that she simply has a smoothie consisting of spinach, kale, celery and frozen berries mixed with water and ice.
