EXCLUSIVE: Katie Price has been warned to stop her partying ways as she's been spotted handing out and downing shots at a nightclub just days after her latest plastic surgery
Katie Price seems to be ignoring medical advice following her recent plastic surgery in Turkey, and a source claims they are worried she's risking her health. The ex-glamour model was seen at a Barnsley club with her nose still bandaged, where she was caught on camera taking a shot shortly after her trip to an Istanbul clinic for ear pinning, 'fox eyes' enhancement, and a nose job.
Official advice suggests that patients should avoid strenuous activities for about five weeks after a nose job, as the area is still delicate and the body needs to conserve energy for healing. Drinking alcohol is also discouraged as it slows down the natural healing process, can cause fluid retention leading to swelling, and increases the risk of infection.
"It's possible for her facial surgery to both tear and bleed – even a week after surgery if blood pressure is raised from exertion or excessive alcohol – even with laughing and screaming I have occasionally seen life-threatening haematomas develop, so Katie could be risking her life." Katie confessed to her fans that she was in pain the day after her club appearance, revealing that her eyes were "stinging" and "stuck together" following her late-night antics. This isn't a new experience for the mum-of-five, who is no stranger to post-surgery recovery.
