It's been reported the star suffered the mishap during a recent appearance in Manchester after receiving a free procedure which she live streamed on TikTok.
The former glamour model has been touring with her podcast show and in a recent appearance in Manchester, she is reported to have been left red-faced after undergoing the cosmetic procedure recently.
But one member of the crowd told The Sun: “There was a visible mark on the side of Katie's bum underneath her skintight outfit. She said: "This doesn't hurt. I know it's going to look brutal. And I've got a bum. Didn't have to fly anywhere. It's amazing! I can't believe it didn't hurt."
