Ella told Closer how she recently ‘dissolved’ filler in her chin, cheeks, and lips so that she can ‘start fresh.’ Katie, who is understood to have had around 16 boob jobs and multiple facelifts, is known for her huge plumped-up lips. But after they failed to form a romantic connection, Ella and fellow cast member JJ both left their partners to be together.
One of the most explosive moments in Married at First Sight history occurred when the stars found out that Ella and JJ had been unfaithful, leading to Nathanial furiously quitting the show.
