Keanu Reeves signed a 1-day contract with Ontario-based junior hockey team Windsor Spitfire, for which he almost played goalie in his youth. The 'Matrix' star autographed several items to be auctioned for charity.

Reeves received a jersey and autographed a number of Spitfire-branded items that will soon be auctioned off, with all proceeds going to the Windsor chapter of the Canadian Mental Health Association.Though he was born in Lebanon to an English mother and a Hawaiian father, Reeves grew up in Toronto and holds Canadian citizenship.
The charity hockey gig is the latest in Reeves' ever-expanding series of non-movie pursuits.
